KPHO reveals the results of the 2012 presidential election

For 17 seconds, Phoenix, Arizona CBS News affiliate KPHO ran a lower third graphic that showed that Obama had won the Nov. 6 election over Gov. Mitt Romney with 99% of the precincts reporting. The lower third graphic appeared around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 19, during an episode of “The People’s Court.”

Explanation?  Some think it was just a technical error.  Some think it was much more sinister, a slip up on KPHO's behalf that revealed the inner workings of a rigged election campaign.  I guess we can't know for certain.  I doubt KPHO is going to admit to anything, and even if they did, who'd believe them?  You decide for yourself. 

I'm just waiting for the election.  I wonder if the "actual" reported number of votes on election day are going to mimic the ones KPHO "revealed."  If that is the case, I'm not gonna bust out my tinfoil hat (I only wear that on special occasions,) but I might think twice about what the tinfoilers have been saying about this. 

2012 Presidential Prediction

Nathaniel Read "Nate" Silver (born January 13, 1978) is an American statistician, sabermetrician, psephologist, and writer. In 2007, writing under the pseudonym "Poblano", Silver began to publish analyses and predictions related to the 2008 United States presidential election. The accuracy of his November 2008 presidential election predictions—he correctly predicted the winner of 49 of the 50 states. The only state he missed was Indiana, which went for Barack Obama by 1%. He also correctly predicted the winner of all 35 Senate races that year.

In other words, Nate Silver's predictions are by far the most accurate and reliable. Here's the current prediction:

Because of Obummer's piss-poor performance last week two swing states have already gone red (FL and NC). NC has a 90% chance of going red this year (not surprising,) and FL 58%. But just days before the debate FL was 50/50 and NC was only around 60% Romney-leaning. FL could still go blue. Romney also increased in the other swing states (which are the only states that matter,) +3 points in Ohio, which will most likely be the state that decides this election (recall the 2004 election.) However... Even if current projections hold up, Obama would still win 303 to 235. Even without Ohio, he'd still win 285 to 253. For Romney to win he has to win Ohio AND another swing state worth 16 or more points: Michigan and Pennsylvania. Both of which are over 95% certain to go blue. I don't foresee how Romney could possibly win either, even if Obama fucks up in every debate.

Tl;dr: Obama fucked up hard and lessened his chances of winning moderately... but he'll still most likely win. Also, your vote means nothing and it doesn't matter who wins. You can't change the system. Take comfort in knowing that nothing will change, despite what happens in November. Remember, you can't change the system.

What ever happened to Britons like her?  You know your country's heading in the exact wrong direction when your queens had more balls than most of your country's contemporary male population. 

After the disgusting mockery that was the London's opening ceremony to the Olympics last Saturday, which was little more than an vulgar display of cuckoldry for all the world to see; a brazen effrontery of the Left's triumph over the sane people (who now probably constitute a minority) left in Britain and Western Europe.  It was a spit in the face to those on the Right.  "You've lost.  Your country's have lost.  It's game over.  We've prevailed and there's nothing you can do now except watch it all go down in flames" could be heard from behind the curtains as the show was unfolding.

After that, it's hard to imagine Britain going even lower, but they've managed, yet again, to do just that...

Fathers are no longer deemed important, or even a necessary part of the family by Britain's National Health Service, which is, as previously mentioned, Britain's LARGEST employer and the FIFTH LARGEST in the world.  When an organization of such stature does something like this it should not be overlooked, because it is a big deal.  The implications are broad.  It's like throwing a small pebble into a lake and watching the ripples expand around it.  So too will the ripples of this expand around it until it encompasses all of British society.  What we're seeing here is the gradual erasure of the traditional family structure and the forging of the new family "structure," if you can call it that.  It seems to me that this new "structure" isn't structured at all, but a complete loss of structure.  The proponents of the new family structure want to dismantle all remnants of the original family structure i.e. the nuclear family with two stable parents of the opposite sex and replace with, well, nothing...  They don't want a new family structure.  They want NO structure.  One man with one woman is too passe.  A man and a man or a woman and a woman will suffice.  A man and two men or three men or four or a woman and two or three or four or more women will do just as well too.  Hell, any combination of any number of men or women of any of the myriad of sexual orientations that we can choose from today will be fine according to them.  Everything is fine, just as long as it isn't the dreaded and outdated one man with one women paradigm of yore, because that's not "progressive" enough.  You might say I'm falling victim to the slippery slope fallacy, but read some of their literature and you might think otherwise.  Read some of what the "social justice" brigade on tumblr or reddit have to say.  Many of them consider the traditional family structure a form of systematic oppression.  Their goal is to completely dismantle the system. 

The reason this is such a big deal is because what we've observed over and over and over again is that a family with TWO parents is crucial to a child's well being.   Now, I haven't done any research on whether or not it matters if the two parents are of the opposite sex so I have no idea what implications same sex parents have on their children.  I shall make no judgments on what hasn't currently been verified by studies and semi-scientific inquiry.  I'm a skeptic, after all.  And it should be noted that I have no problem with homosexuals... but that's besides the point.  What we do know is we see significant disparities of crime, poverty, and health when just one parent is removed.  The overwhelming majority of the data shows us that, but the vile Left will keep on ignoring it, because FACTS run counter to their arguments and are an obstacle in their attempts to create their Left-wing utopia.  That's why those of us who oppose them aka sane people need to keep hammering them with the facts and dismantling, piece by piece, their ideology.  We can't let them succeed.

I'll just leave on this note:  Everytime I read something about the Brits, it seems like they've found yet another way to get worse.  Britain, please.  GET. YOUR. SHIT. TOGETHER.

Unprivileged privilege

Male privilege, white privilege, CIS privilege, Alltistic privilege, able-bodied privilege, heterosexual privilege, [INSERT PHYSICAL TRAIT HERE] privilege...
when did people start obsessing over all this "privilege" bullshit?  It's like I can't go a day without hearing about some new group of people who are "privileged" in some inexplicable way.  Whenever I hear someone accuse someone else of being privileged (simply because that person belongs to some group or possesses some physical characteristic that they had no control over,) all I hear is "wahhhhh I'm a fucking failure and need a scapegoat to blame for my lack of success.  NOW GIVE ME MY ENTITLEMENTS for being part of this "unprivileged" group."

Don't get me wrong.  I acknowledge that privileges DO exist.  For example, being able-bodied (not being physically handicapped) is definitely a privilege.  Everyone acknowledges this and that's why handicapped people are giving certain special treatments (special parking spots close to the store, special bathroom stalls, etc.)  Not being handicapped is definitely a privilege, but that's simply luck of the draw.  No one choose to be handicapped or not.  What should all us "able privileged" people do?  Make ourselves handicapped so that we're equal with handicapped people?  Of course not.

It's the same with the non-physical privileges, such as "hetero privilege" or "CIS privilege."  Yes, having the sexual orientation and acting within the traditional gender roles of the majority population is a privilege.  Not being gay in a society where it is looked down upon by so many IS a privilege.  But again, that's life.  When 90% of the population is a certain way, society is obviously going to be catered to that certain way, since it's the OVERWHELMING FUCKING MAJORITY.  Do these people want society to completely transfer to cater to their abnormal behavior?  Why should 90% of the population be forced to go out of their way to cater to the 10% or less?  Answer THAT all you "unprivileged" whiners.  Another example, furries... Most people are NOT furries and most people also think that being a furry is WEIRD (and for good reason.)  Are all the non-furries privileged then?  Should we say all non-furries have "anthropocentric privilege?"  That would be silly (mainly because it involves furries, but you get the point.)

What about people who are naturally good a socializing?  Do they have "social savvy privilege?"  What about people are who smarter than average?  Do they have "intellectual superiority privilege?"  What about people are good looking?  Do they have "cosmetic superiority privilege?" And if they do than WHAT should they do?  Make themselves more socially awkward, dumber, and less physically attractive to be more on par with the "unprivileged" ones?

I don't know the answer to that question.  You'd have to ask one of the people who complain about being unprivileged to get the answer, but don't assume you're going to get it.  I've asked those very same questions to these people before, but I've yet to receive a coherent answer.  Maybe you'll have more luck though.  Here's one such person you can try and ask (don't click the link if you rage easily though):

The document, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF) was originally released on a restricted basis to the DoD in February 2010, but has now been leaked online. The manual outlines policies for processing detainees into internment camps both globally and inside the United States. International agencies like the UN and the Red Cross are named as partners in addition to domestic federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA. Aside from enemy combatants and other classifications of detainees, the manual includes the designation of “civilian internees,” in other words citizens who are detained for, “security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power.” Once the detainees have been processed into the internment camp, the manual explains how they will be re-educated, with a particular focus on targeting political dissidents, into expressing support for U.S. policies.

RIP Limewire 2000 - 2010

Oh shi-, looks like the music industry is finally starting to show its teeth.  Too bad they're 10 years too late roflroflroflrofl.  Personally, I was surprised people still used limewire.  I used it for a little bit many years ago.  I remember it gave my computer spyware and the audio files were low quality.  I couldn't care less about limewire.
But seriously, is this really the best the music industry could do?  Even with all their money and lawyers?  They knocked out a minuscule P2P client, of which there are many more:  ares, bearshare, frostwire, and kaaza (just to name a few.)  This will not deter people from pirating files.  The pirates using limewire will just have to spend 5 minutes searching and downloading a new p2p client and then the pirating will resume.

This is just proof that the music industry is completely out of touch with technology and its role in society.  Or are they just retarded?

Have they not hear of TORRENTS by now?  Lawds.

PS.  I had completely forgotten about limewire, bearshare, and kazaa until today.  I felt a rush of nostalgia.  Maybe the "four-year legal battle" wasn't such a waste of time, after all.
